When you subscribe to the website newsletter, we keep a record of your name and your email address. This record will only be used for the website’s emailing purposes, and will not be shared, or sold. You may, at any time, request to be deleted from this list.
To purchase a course or a product on Just French It, you must at least 16 years old.
We are doing our best to restrict the access to minors, even though the content of our products and services is appropriate for minors, unless stated overwise on the course or product description.
Any order done on the Just French It School is a proof of your agreement to these conditions.
Prices can be modified at any moment, but the price displayed when you click on order is guaranteed.
Payment is required when you order, even for pre-orders.
You can pay via Stripe or PayPal – the payment is secured by them.
Security guaranty is managed by Stripe and Paypal.
Appointements for the classes and services will be taken directly with Marie Drouvin.
Refunds of services can be asked up to 48h before the appointment. Pass this delay, no refunds will be made.
Access to the courses and downloadable products will be through the platform Podia. You can access your purchase at any time, via your personal account.
You will receive your username and password via email right after your purchase. Please keep those private.

Refunds are not possible for products (unless expressed otherwise in the product or service description), as you have access to the whole product straight away.
